I have had the privilege of leading large creative teams in delivering innovative campaigns that resonate with people worldwide. Currently serving as the Brand Creative Director at JD Sports, I focus on cultivating, developing, and defining our brand's overall creative direction. My team consists of Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Photographers/Videographers, Producers, and Motion Designers/Editors who all contribute to the brand's definition and delivery.
Styling and trend are key responsibilities that I lead, impacting the overall tone of the season and influencing how we design and create with relevancy and differentiation for the season. Working with the industry's most talented stylists and crews from fashion to editorial, we partner to drive JD’s personality and image through all channels. Whether on model, influencer, or athlete/musician, our consistency lies within our foundation of emerging trends.
Strategically focused on delivering global connection, my team also leads campaigns for our brand partners at Nike, Adidas, Crocs, New Balance, Puma, The North Face, and others to reach a wider globally-minded audience. As a key partner on the Marketing team, I play a pivotal role in shaping our company's brand vision globally, managing our creation partnerships and budgets, while also driving the continued success of how we create, capture, and produce content.
With experience in creative spanning over 20 years, I've consistently led teams in delivering memorable campaigns that support brand marketing plans and key consumer insights. With a majority of my experience in lifestyle, music, sports, and fashion – coupled with leading on-set direction and capture – my teams create compelling content across digital, physical, social, and experiential channels.
My approach is rooted in a passion for building community, advocating for diversity and equality, while delivering on the delicate balance of brand loyalty and corporate responsibility. My mission is to continue to elevate brand delivery and experience – without sacrificing the integrity and authenticity of positivity and inclusivity.

* Utilize on-set direction expertise to direct models and talent for video and photo shoots, ensuring the creation of compelling content.
* Set the direction and manage multi-disciplinary squads of designers, narrators, and producers to implement end-to-end creative across all channels.
* Develop and lead the seasonal creative and creative strategy across the company globally.
* Craft the future vision of the brand across every consumer touchpoint, from advertising to brand experiences.
* Manage processes to ensure creative results and timelines are met, providing ideas to improve the Brand Creative organization.
